Delivery

Delivery of goods is carried out in Ukraine by the courier service "Nova Poshta". We ship goods every day at 5 p.m., so all orders that are paid (or placed with payment upon receipt) by 5 p.m. are shipped the same day.

Shipping is not made on weekends and holidays.

When placing an order, please provide the correct data: (full name) of the recipient, his contact phone number, city, number and address of the warehouse you have chosen as a convenient place to receive the goods.

The delivery cost is included in the order price and is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order according to the tariffs of the Nova Poshta company.

After sending the order, the online store system notifies the buyer of the transport declaration number by sending an SMS message. By this number (#TTN) you can track the delivery process of your order on the transport company website.
